In our work for Shell, we leverage our playmaking skills to the maximum, delivering branded events across the business. That’s over 70 bespoke events across more than 15 markets in the space of a single year.

Shell holds six motorsport partnership in five different properties, Formula 1, MotoGP, WRC, DTM and Formula E. Along with globally-funded programs, the Partnership Team at Shell gives access to the partnerships to the wider business. That means a bespoke events solution for each, and something that is part of Octagon’s specialisms.

Working with a dedicated online booking portal, we manage requests from both the global partnership team and international Shell markets across all the motorsports properties. We leverage our contacts and knowledge of the global motorsports landscape to deliver unparalleled hospitality experiences across the board. That’s anything and everything from simple hosted grandstand experiences to a VIP full-service race weekend program. Our playbook even includes Octagon-designed, produced and operated hospitality suites.

When you do the math, that equates to more than 4,000 guests across all motorsports properties, at over 70 events in more than 15 different markets. Event ratings gave us an average of 4.8 out of 5, based on customer and host feedback. But as they say in racing, win or lose, it’s the experience that counts.
