    If you’re looking to launch your career into the stratosphere, our Trainee programs may be the next right move for you.

    You’ll get up close and personal with staff from across divisions, working on an enormous variety of projects made to introduce you to the world of sports and entertainment.

    What’s our goal? We want to provide you with skills, experience, and a good dose of inspiration. But we also use the program as a training camp of sorts. It’s one of the primary ways we identify talent matches for our regular entry-level full time roles at Octagon.

    Positions are paid, full-time, temporary positions.



    If you’re game for working with brands, this is the one for you.

    Our Trainee positions run anywhere from 3 -12 months throughout the year. This program is open to anyone who has graduated within 18 months.

    Our program has three sessions which roughly follow the academic year: Fall session (after Labor Day until Mid-December), Spring session (January until May), and Summer session (after Memorial Day until Labor Day).

    This program is open to current undergraduate and graduate students as well as to anyone who has graduated from a college or university within 12 months of the start of the program.
