// CONNECT WITH US //
As people and as a business, we are facing unprecedented times. While there is uncertainty around how long this will last or exactly how our industry will be impacted, we want to confirm our commitment to our employees, our future employees and our values.
// We Continue to Consider Fresh Alternatives //
Recruitment pace will undoubtedly shift as a result of this. We’re slowing down to be even more strategic and thoughtful in our hiring. Thoughtful recruitment doesn’t mean that we are idle. Our teams are busy as we pivot and help guide our clients through this evolution.
While we may be temporarily pausing on filling some roles, we want to be ready to go with the right talent when we need it.
So we’re opening our calendars to you—let’s chat. We’re skipping steps and formalities like cover letters. Let’s get back to just talking to each other.

Where others see complexity, we will always see possibility.
We believe in treating our people like, well, people.
We work hard, don’t take ourselves too seriously and we take care of our team.
We do amazing things.
The Super Bowl, March Madness, the Olympics, NBA All Star Game, Wimbledon and French Open – to name a few.
We have brave clients.
Your CV will rock. You will create work that people actually talk about (and work your mom might even see).
We host a good game.
Summer hours, beer cart, ping pong, pool, happy hours, remote work options, monthly socials, yeah, we do it all.
We take care of our team.
We don’t just look after your paycheck, we look after the ‘whole’ you. That means health and welfare benefits, savings plan, wellness programs, employee discount and reward programs.
We want to see you succeed.
We invest in your growth so we invest in internal mobility, mentorships, learning opportunities and career development.
The diversity of our employees and service offerings not only provide for a richer work experience, but enable us to create content and experiences that reach an increasingly diverse consumer base.

If you’re looking to launch your career into the stratosphere, our Trainee programs may be the next right move for you.
You’ll get up close and personal with staff from across divisions, working on an enormous variety of projects made to introduce you to the world of sports and entertainment.
What’s our goal? We want to provide you with skills, experience, and a good dose of inspiration. But we also use the program as a training camp of sorts. It’s one of the primary ways we identify talent matches for our regular entry-level full time roles at Octagon.
Positions are paid, full-time, temporary positions.
If you’re game for working with brands, this is the one for you.
Our Trainee positions run anywhere from 3 -12 months throughout the year. This program is open to anyone who has graduated within 18 months.
