SA20 – Castle Lite, Official Beer Partner

Castle Lite is the Official Beer Partner of the SA20. The SA20 is South Africa’s premier T20 cricket league and the second-biggest T20 league (by viewership) in the world after the Indian Premier League (IPL). In October 2023, Octagon was appointed by Castle Lite to manage the partnership, which consisted of six teams and venues across the country, with 34 games in 30 days, starting on 10 January 2024.

CASTLE LITE: Rugby World Cup Sevens

RUGBY WORLD CUP SEVEN’S – Castle Lite, Global Partner

The Rugby World Cup Sevens was played over three days at the Cape Town Stadium from 9 – 11 September 2022, featuring 24 men’s teams and 16 women’s teams from around the world.

Ahead of the tournament, global partner Castle Lite turned to Octagon to provide all event management services for their activations within the stadium and at the official fan village. In addition, Octagon was tasked with the management of their hospitality facilities for their VIP guests.

FIFA World Cup 2022 Qatar: Fan Area Experience

Octagon was commissioned to ideate, design, produce and operate the first in the competition history Fan Experience Area for the FIFA World Cup Qatar 2022 TM, in all 8 stadiums and throughout the 64 matches of the competition.

Mastercard: Roland Garros

For over 10 years, Octagon has managed the hospitality and activation programme of Mastercard at the French Open. Activations, ambassadors, assets, budget, guest and supplier management, promotions, ticketing, evaluation – we take care of it all.

From a hospitality perspective, over 6,000 guests have been hosted by Octagon since 2013, with an average of 650 B2B guests per year during the fortnight.

Porsche: Football Cup

Just before the new Mbappes, Haalands, or Musialas break through to their professional career, we give them the platform they deserve. When Porsche asked us to create a new activation for their youth development platform “Turbo für Talente”, we went back to the drawing board and created the Porsche Football Cup.
