Octagon recognized as a Gold Medalist for workplace culture and employee satisfaction
Sports Business Journal has named Octagon to its 2025 Best Places to Work in Sports list, marking the third consecutive year the agency has earned the distinction.
Octagon was recognized as a Gold Medalist in the 50 or More Employees — Agency category, based on the results of a confidential employee engagement survey administered by SBJ partner Quantum Workplace. More than 9,000 employees from 98 companies participated in the survey, with 67 organizations earning Best Places to Work recognition.
The survey evaluates more than 40 aspects of workplace culture, including trust in leadership, communication, and employee experience. For Octagon, the continued recognition reflects a culture shaped by respect, transparency, and a shared commitment to supporting one another while doing meaningful work.
Earning Best Places to Work honors for a third straight year emphasizes Octagon’s people-first approach and the role workplace culture plays in producing innovative work across sports and entertainment.
