***The position will be located in Miami with an expectation of hybrid work (up to 3 days per week in client and our interagency office).

Our client is an award-winning global Payment Technology brand known for its iconic brand marketing position and initiatives. Their sponsorship programming spans entertainment, culinary, and sports platforms, ambassadors, and experiential programs, showcasing their diversity and market strength.
We have an outstanding opportunity for an Account Manager to support sponsorship programs in the Latin American market, working alongside the Account Director as the day-to-day client and execution lead. This role will focus on managing and activating music- and culinary-led sponsorships and experiences, including live music events, cultural moments, chef-driven programs, and hospitality initiatives, with an emphasis on executional excellence and project management. You’ll support client consulting services, activation concept development, implementation, and program measurement.
THE WORK YOU’LL DO
- Nurture and cultivate relationships with current clients and regional stakeholders
- Support the development of bespoke sponsorship presentations to educate and advise markets, with a focus on music, culinary, and experiential platforms
- Lead the planning, management, and execution of sports, music- and culinary-led sponsorship activations across LATAM
- Be a forward thinker; anticipating industry trends, compiling brilliant insights and research, and providing competitive analysis/point of views
- Cultivate & manage relationships with outside vendors and properties
- Produce client-facing communications including event reports, case studies, competitive reports, etc.
- Master property guidelines and sponsorship assets to advise the Latin American marketing clients
- Support strategy development and client recommendations aligned with business objectives
- Manage end-to-end activation logistics, including timelines, creative asset delivery, staffing, and post-event recaps
- Oversee budget tracking, invoicing, and vendor coordination
- Perform additional duties and responsibilities as assigned

WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR
- Have a passion for and expertise in sports, music, and culinary experiences and are eager to stay up to date with developments in each industry
- 3-5 years in a traditional sponsorship marketing role; experiential marketing or event production, agency experience preferred
- Bilingual and can speak, read, and write in Spanish and English
- Strong understand the cultural nuances of the Latin American region and apply that knowledge to advise clients accordingly
- Proven experience managing sports, live events, music festivals, culinary programs or hospitality driven activations
- Have a strong understanding of sports & entertainment passion territories, especially as it relates to Latin America
- A natural communicator, both verbally and in writing
- Organization skills and attention to detail, including the ability to prioritize multiple projects simultaneously, are outstanding
- Not sure we have to say it, but we will - computer proficiency, including MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint are important
- Someone who loves working in sponsorship since it requires you to travel, work weekends, and untraditional hours (approximately 30% travel)
The base range for this position is $60,000 – 65,000. Where an employee or prospective employee is paid within this range will depend on, among other factors, actual ranges for current/former employees in the subject position; market considerations; budgetary considerations; tenure and standing with the company (applicable to current employees); as well as the employee’s/applicant’s background, pertinent experience, and qualifications
