CULTURE: THE IMPORTANCE OF TRADITIONS

And I understand the importance they play in helping an organization define who or what they are, and want to be. However, all three require constant reinforcement and - I think we would all agree - that can be a tall order. We often get caught up in the daily demands of our jobs and lose sight of the bigger picture. It’s not malicious nor is it intended, it just happens as we strive to keep up with the to-do list.
