Lizi Hamer Joins Cannes' See It Be It


Congratulations to Octagon Asia Pacific Creative Director Lizi Hamer – named to the Cannes Lions Festival 'See It Be It' Class of 2017.  Follow her story hunting journey around Cannes here and on Lizi's social channels.








See It Be It was launched as a response to the gender imbalance in the advertising industry – an estimated 25% of agency creatives are women, and only 11% will reach creative director level – with the ultimate aim of changing the ratio of women leaders in agency creative departments.  

This is the latest of a series of honors Lizi has collected this year. She was awarded as one of four Creative Leaders in Asia by Campaign’s Women Leading Change Awards. In addition, Lizi's work has been recognized by Mumbrella Asia Awards (Standard Chartered Bank's Inside Anfield, Most Engaging Virtual Reality or Augmented Reality World), Mumbrella BEfest Awards (Dove Men+Care's Strength to Care, Gold) and other leadering industry awards programs.
