Australian Rising Tennis Star Max Purcell Signs With OctagonPress Releases, Tennis
McLean, VA (April 27, 2017) - Global sports and entertainment leader Octagon announced the signing of Australian rising tennis star Max Purcell. Octagon will manage Purcell and assist him in all aspects of his career, including all on and off court business endeavors. Purcell will be represented by Octagon Tennis Senior Client Manager, Daniel Balog.

The 19-year-old is currently ranked a career high 289 on the ATP Tour after recently winning his second ITF Futures tournament in Tokyo. Purcell has reached the semifinals or better of seven ITF Pro Circuit events thus far in his young career. In his most recent ITF Futures tournament performance in Jakarta, Indonesia, Purcell was a finalist. Last year Purcell won the ATP Challenger in Gimcheon, Korea after qualifying for the tournament.
