OCTAGON RAISES THE CURTAIN ON A NEW SPONSORSHIP PLATFORM FOR DELTA AIR LINES

Delta Air Lines has become the Official Airline Partner of the National Theatre as part of an ongoing ambition to build a portfolio of entertainment platforms that allows them to engage customers and promote their premium transatlantic service.

The partnership brings Delta’s 180 million customers closer to The National Theatre as well as providing affordable tickets and hands-on experiences for young people.

As part of the agreement, Delta is also the headline sponsor of the hottest show in town this year, Angels in America following a sold-out run on Broadway, winning a Pulitzer Prize. All general admission tickets sold out in record time. In expectation of this demand, Octagon created the ‘Angels Ballot presented by Delta’, offering weekly access to hundreds of subsidised £20 tickets for the following week’s performances.

Delta adds The Royal National Theatre to its current UK sponsorship portfolio which includes Chelsea Football Club and The O2 amongst many others as part of its ongoing commitment to support local causes and community.
